Terms of service

Event details are collected from public sources and organisers and may change, be cancelled or contain mistakes. Before you go or buy, verify time, place, price, age suitability and accessibility with the original source or the organiser.

Ticket purchases, maps, calendars and other services happen at third parties and are their responsibility. We do not control their payment, refunds, cancellation, availability or terms.

• Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively or abusively.
• Do not bypass security limits, overload the system or scrape it automatically without permission.
• Do not copy or republish parts of the service in a way that infringes copyright, trademarks or third-party rights.

Event titles, descriptions and artwork come from the sources that publish them and remain their rights holders'. We show excerpts and always link back to the source. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, see the content and rights page — removal is a routine request and does not require a legal notice.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on event details, from an event itself, from an external service or from the site being unavailable. None of this limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law of the controller's domicile as stated in the privacy policy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
